Director’s message
For more than two decades, Teens Watch Centre has stood with young people and key populations who are too often pushed to the margins. Our work is simple in purpose and demanding in practice: meet people with dignity, keep them alive and well, and open doors to recovery, livelihoods and justice. Everything we build — clinics, peer networks, partnerships — exists to make that promise real in coastal Kenya.

Clinical Officer in Charge
Leads clinical quality and day-to-day care delivery across TWC’s key-population-friendly health services.
Program leadership
Day-to-day program coordination is delivered by multidisciplinary clinical, outreach and advocacy staff. Named profiles will be published here as team members consent to public listing.
Health & harm reduction
Clinical teams and peer outreach workers deliver MAT, NSP, testing and mobile care.
Psychosocial & recovery
Counsellors and peer leaders support trauma-informed healing and long-term reintegration.
Livelihoods & advocacy
Program staff connect skills training, enterprise support and rights protection.
