Coordinated Service Delivery
Our Ukunda Main Facility and Kwale Outreach Center operate in coordination with county health facilities, ensuring that beneficiaries receive continuous care across the public and community health systems. TWC complements county services by reaching populations that face barriers accessing traditional health facilities.
Facility Upgrades
With support from the county government, TWC has upgraded its clinical infrastructure to meet Kenya's national health standards. This includes improvements to consultation rooms, laboratory services, and pharmacy management at the Ukunda hub.
Joint Planning & Reporting
TWC participates in county health sector planning meetings and contributes data to the Kwale County health information system. Our partnership ensures that the needs of key populations are reflected in local health policy and resource allocation.
