National Authority for the Campaign Against Drug Abuse
TWC operates one of the few community-based harm reduction programmes in coastal Kenya, including needle and syringe programmes (NSP), methadone-assisted therapy, and peer education. NACADA has recognised this model as an evidence-informed approach to reducing drug-related harms while maintaining strong linkages to health and social services.
Through our partnership, we contribute to national dialogues on drug policy, stigma reduction, and the inclusion of harm reduction in Kenya's health agenda. TWC provides ground-level data and beneficiary testimonies that inform NACADA's strategy and programming.
