Time from first contact to HIV testing, ART initiation, and viral suppression. We track the cascade to identify where people drop out and what interventions close the gap.
Peer Engagement
Contacts per peer worker, retention in peer-led groups, and progression through the Vijana wa Huduma leadership pipeline. Peers are both the intervention and the measurement.
