Program Overview

Our health services and harm reduction programs provide evidence-based care to reduce the negative impacts of substance use while respecting the dignity and rights of all people.

Needle & Syringe Program (NSP)

One-for-one needle and syringe exchange to prevent disease transmission and linkage to care.

Medically Assisted Therapy (MAT)

Methadone and other medication-assisted therapies for opioid dependence.

Overdose Prevention

Naloxone distribution, training, and emergency response services.

Health Screening

Testing for Hepatitis B&C, TB, STIs, and cervical cancer screening.

Mobile Outreach

Services delivered to hotspots where vulnerable populations gather.

Police Engagement

Community policing, rights awareness, and law enforcement sensitization.
