Pragmatic, evidence-informed care that meets people where they are
Harm reduction is a pragmatic, evidence-informed approach that reduces the negative health, social and economic impacts of substance use and related behaviours without requiring abstinence first. It respects the dignity and autonomy of every person and focuses on keeping people alive and as healthy as possible.
We operate needle and syringe programmes (NSP), overdose awareness and naloxone distribution, HIV and hepatitis testing, and medically assisted therapy (MAT) combined with psychosocial support — all delivered without judgement and with respect for each person's journey.
